AUSTRALIA - All orders will be sent using Registered Post and can be delivered to any nominated address in Australia, including Post Office boxes as an option. Australia Post will deliver Monday to Friday between the hours of 9.00 am - 5.00 pm. If the person accepting the delivery is out and there are no delivery instructions, Australia Post will leave a card in the letter box to collect at the local Post Office. Insurance is 1% of invoice value.

Orders are shipped Mondays and Tuesdays and take between 1 to 4 days for delivery. For urgent or overnight delivery, Express Post or DHL can be used.

INTERNATIONAL - Wine can be shipped to most countries but please note there may be some customs or import duties applicable on the importation of alcohol. We suggest you check with your local authorities as to what these charges could be. R.A.W Merchants are not responsible for these charges.

All bottles are packed in expandable polystyrene. This specially designed packaging prevents label scuff, fully cushions and completely surrounds the bottles and provides an outstanding insulating effect greatly reducing any chance of overheating the wine. This is then placed inside another carton for extra protection.

All shipments will be sent on a Monday or Tuesday unless another day is requested. This gives the shipment the best chance of reaching its destination by Friday and avoids the wine being warehoused for the weekend. The exact shipping charge will be determined once the wine is packed and weighed and the delivery address is known.

For large or non urgent orders, Sea Freight is an option. This can be very cost effective from around $2.00 per bottle. Delivery for Sea Freight takes from 3 to 8 weeks depending on the destination.

INSURANCE - Insurance is optional but recommended. Insurance on all International deliveries is charged at the rate of 2% of invoice value.

USA DELIVERY - Please note that our freight charges to the USA include US customs department duties and taxes, delivery is to your door - nothing else to pay. The only charge not included is insurance.
